1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Articox website or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Platform Usage & Responsibilities
You agree to use our AI and automation platform strictly for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
All Articox platform infrastructure, code, workflows, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Articox Studio. Client data and proprietary content processed through the platform remain the exclusive property of the client.
4. Service Availability & Payments
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, services are provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted access. Payment terms for custom deployments and SaaS subscriptions will be defined in individual service level agreements (SLAs).
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Articox Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our automation services, including data loss or business interruption.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
