In compliance with modern privacy standards (including Meta/Facebook Developer compliance and GDPR/CCPA principles), Articox provides a straightforward mechanism for users to request the complete deletion of their personal data.
How to Request Deletion
To request the deletion of your data, please send an email to privacy@articox.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account/inquiry.
What Data is Deleted
Upon verification, we will permanently delete:
- Your contact information (Name, Email, Phone)
- Associated form submissions
- Platform account access logs
Note: Data required for legal, tax, or security compliance (e.g., invoices) may be retained for the mandatory statutory period.
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are typically verified and processed within 7 business days.
